How do I know if I’m at the limit or blasting past at around 9.

I forget what that call non divisible numbers. 3,5,7,11. I guess 5 was too slow & 11 too fast

The sign is at a city park / campground.

A lot of school areas, industrial parks, private roads, etc. will do that under the theory that seeing a speed limit that’s odd and you’re not used to will make you more likely to pay attention to it and follow it.

Also, grr, greys.
